Sea Moss (Chondrus Crispus)

As a Tea: Add one teaspoon in 2 cups of boiled filtered water. Steep for 7 minutes then strain. Use 3-4 times daily. You can blend the remainder and eat it.

Wash, Soak, and Blend: Rinse it off with water, soak it in spring water for 12-24 hours and then blend and store it in the fridge. 

Decoction (Boil and Simmer): with water as nutriment and as a demulcent (for chronic respiratory issues, intestinal issues, and for disorders of the kidneys and bladder). The decoction may be prepared by boiling half an ounce of the moss in a pint of water, down to half a pint. Lemon juice and stevia may be added to improve the flavor.

Loose Herb Form: Add one teaspoon in 2 cups of boiled filtered water. Steep for 7 minutes then strain. Use 3-4 times daily.

Powdered Form: You may mix a teaspoon into your smoothies up to 3 times daily or simply dissolve it in water and enjoy.
