Kidney Revitalizer Tea is a blend of Yellow Bedstraw, Goldenrod, Nettle, Dead Nettle, and Horsetail, each traditionally believed to offer multiple benefits for kidney health. Yellow Bedstraw, Goldenrod, Nettle, Dead Nettle, Horsetail

• Yellow bedstraw: helps the kidneys by boosting urine production which helps to flush out toxins from the kidneys & body.
• Goldenrod: This herb is offers diuretic properties and can help with urinary tract infections. Helps to reduce inflammation of the kidneys.
• Nettle seed: this is a kidney revitalizer. It is  rich in vitamins and minerals, and has a tonic effect on the kidneys, which helps to support the kidneys function and kidney health.
• Dead nettle: Dead nettle is a natural  diuretic and helps flush out excess fluids from the body, including the kidneys. It also helps reduce inflammation in the kidneys.
• Horsetail: Horsetail has a diuretic effect and helps with the removal of excess fluids from the body, including the kidneys. It also offers  anti-inflammatory properties and helps promote overall kidney health.

Add 1 teaspoon in 2 cups of boiled filtered water. Steep for 7 minutes then strain. Use 2-4 times daily.

Tinctures are best for strong medicinal activity, convenience, and long-term storage. An herbal tincture will have about 90% plant essence in it.

Herbal Teas are not as potent as tinctures, but they can be very effective for calming the nervous system, soothing the stomach, and brightening the mood. A herbal tea will have approximately 10% plant essence in it.

It’s best to combine them both.
