Eye Tea is formulated to cleanse and boost blood flow to the eyes. Scientifically supported, the antioxidant-rich herbs contribute to eye health, while anti-inflammatory properties of Goldenseal and Marshmallow Root may provide relief from inflammation.

• Bayberry: Traditionally used for eye health and may support improved blood circulation to the eyes.
• Bilberry: Known for promoting blood flow to the eyes and containing antioxidants that support eye health.
• Elecampane: May contribute to overall eye health and well-being.
• Eyebright: Traditionally used to support eye health and promote blood circulation to the eyes.
• Goldenseal: Known for its antimicrobial properties, supporting the eyes against potential infections.
• Horsetail: Provides minerals that may contribute to eye health and overall well-being.
• Marshmallow Root: Contains mucilage that may help soothe and nourish the eyes.
• Nettle: Rich in nutrients, supporting eye health and providing overall nutritional benefits.
• Red Raspberry Leaf: Contains antioxidants and nutrients that may contribute to eye health and general well-being.

For Consumption: Add one teaspoon in 2 cups of boiled filtered water. Steep for 7 minutes then strain. Use 3-4 times daily.

As Eye Wash: Allow the tea to cool. Then sift out the herbs and use the tea as an eye wash (use an eye cup).  Use 1-2 times a day.

Importantly, the form in which you receive the herbs, whether powdered or loose, does not affect their potency. Both forms maintain their efficacy and herbal properties.

Tinctures are best for strong medicinal activity, convenience, and long-term storage. An herbal tincture will have about 90% plant essence in it.

Herbal Teas are not as potent as tinctures, but they can be very effective for calming the nervous system, soothing the stomach, and brightening the mood. A herbal tea will have approximately 10% plant essence in it.

It’s best to combine them both.
